[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]An Interactive Workshop for Diabetic Foot Ulcers was held on 30th January, 2018 at PC Hotel, Lahore. Hope Rehabilitation Center displayed their huge variety of products with a special focus on items for diabetic foot ulcers. We would like to thank Dr. Arshad Siddiqui (Diabetologist & Podiatrist, Mayo Hospital Lahore) for inviting our team to display our unique and specialized articles. In this interactive session, we discussed different complications with diabetic feet on actual patients. Audience included professors of Medicine, Plastic Surgeons, Endocrinologist, Rehabilitation specialists and post graduate students. The major objective of this workshop was to bring awareness among professionals who are dealing with diabetic foot ulcers on daily basis.
Diabetic Patients who haven’t had any ulcers yet but are at risk for its development, some special products such as silicone gel insoles, pressure-relieving orthotic insoles and specialized diabetic foot-ware such as ‘DARCO’s Gentle Step’ were presented.
